this is where we come in...

We are able to provide no obligation advice because
we don’t work for any one insurer. We offer:
1. Explanation into available PMI policies and explain
what exactly you are covered for, including what, if
any restrictions apply.
2. Study the market place to see if better cover can be
achieved for the same price you are paying.
3. Fully explain the underwriting terms of your policy.
If you are considering PMI for yourself and your family
or for your business, but feel it’s far too expensive,
well you might be in for a surprise.
A typical policy, with a £500 excess, with an
established insurer such as Norwich Union Healthcare,
would cost a 25 year old, living outside London,
around £34 a month, including an introductory No
Claim Discount. The same policy for a couple of 35
year olds and their three children (under 10) would
cost around £99 per month.

If your budget can’t stretch to PMI due to other
commitments, another option, which is becoming
more and more popular, is a cash plan.
For a very small amount per month, you can get
cash benefits for NHS or private treatment, ranging
from dental and optical charges to chiropody and
physiotherapy.
A typical cashplan starts from under £10 per
month and you and your family get a range of
benefits including hospital in-patient benefit,
specialist consultations and maternity benefit. A
similar scheme for small groups and businesses
starts at just £5 per month and includes face to
face counselling for such things as stress and
bereavements.
With so many policies available on the market,
advice is the key. So contact us here at Caprica
Healthcare, your professional Independent
Healthcare Intermediary before you take out any
PMI or consider changing your provider and we will
help steer you in the right direction.
